I want to wish you, my dear readers, a happy National Women's Day! While it's great to have a day dedicated to celebrating women, I firmly believe that we need to be celebrated every day. As women, we wear many hats and juggle multiple responsibilities, and we should be proud of all that we accomplish.

Living in sunny San Diego, I'm constantly reminded of how fortunate I am to be a woman in today's world. With the ocean at my doorstep and endless opportunities at my fingertips, I'm able to chase my dreams and set an example for my teen daughters.

As an entrepreneur, Christian, and mother, I strive to show my daughters that they can accomplish anything they set their minds to. Whether it's running a successful business or raising a family, women are capable of accomplishing our dreams. And while it's not always easy, the rewards are worth it.

Of course, being a woman isn't always sunshine and rainbows. We face challenges and obstacles that are unique to our gender. But it's these challenges that make us stronger and more resilient. As the saying goes, "Well-behaved women seldom make history." So let's be bold, let's be daring, and let's make our mark on the world.

In celebrating National Women's Day, I'm reminded of the incredible women who have paved the way for us. From trailblazing politicians to fearless activists, these women have fought for our rights and freedoms. And it's up to us to continue their legacy, to stand up for what we believe in, and to make our voices heard.

So today, and every day, let's celebrate being women. Let's celebrate our strength, our resilience, and our tenacity. And let's continue to set an example for the next generation of women who will follow in our footsteps.

And hey, if all else fails, let's at least celebrate with a glass of wine and some good company. After all, what's better than a group of strong women coming together to lift each other up? Cheers to National Women's Day!

Your friend in motherhood,

Rachel
